The song at left is by Michael Franti, the video created by Shary. The message is clear - war is not the way. As Franti sings:

We can chase down all our
Bring them to their knees
We can bomb the world to
But we can't bomb it into

No matter our color, our race, country or religion, ultimately we are all human beings. It's overdue time to lay down our weapons and start talking - it's the only lasting path to peace. Please, do all you can to make peace happen.

Iraq: more than 650,000 civilians and over 4,731 Coalition soldiers - dead from war. Afghanistan:
over 1,958 Coalition soldiers dead, with the civilian death count unknown.Darfur: over 400,000 people, dead. Israel and Palestine: over 6,200 people since 2000. The Congo: 3,000,000 since 1998. Mumbai. Chechnya. New York. Sri Lanka. Lebanon. Madrid. The list goes on. Our Sons and Daughters. Husbands and Wives. Sisters and Brothers. Parents and Friends. It's enough already. All you "leaders" out there, listen. We - the people - want peace, please. NOW!
